At canadaclothes.ca, we want you to love your Canadian-themed apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Graphic t-shirts (all sizes and designs)
- Hoodies and sweatshirts
- Tank tops
- Crewneck sweatshirts
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process:
- Contact us at support@canadaclothes.ca with your order number
- Provide the reason for your return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship the items back to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
Canadian Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or design. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
- Specify the size or design you'd prefer
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
- Exchange shipping is free within Canada
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
- No need to return the defective item unless requested
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@canadaclothes.ca. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, and standard return policies will apply.
