Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within:

• 1-3 business days for in-stock items
• 3-5 business days for print-on-demand items
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Ontario & Quebec: 3-5 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5-7 business days
• Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL): 5-8 business days
• Northern Territories (NT, NU, YT): 7-14 business days

Expedited Shipping (Optional)

Need your Canadian apparel faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout:

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)

Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within Canada
• PO Box addresses are accepted
• Apartment and business addresses require unit/suite numbers
• Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

• Check with neighbors or building management
• Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
• Contact us within 48 hours at support@canadaclothes.ca
• We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement

Delayed Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to:

• Weather conditions (especially in winter months)
• Carrier delays or strikes
• Remote locations
• Peak holiday seasons

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address:

• We'll update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet
• Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Canada. International shipping may be available in the future - sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.

Duties and Taxes

All prices on canadaclothes.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. There are no additional duties or customs fees for Canadian orders.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):

• Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
• We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays
• Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our homepage
• Expedited shipping is recommended for last-minute gifts
